Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the 3Dio microphone and all original accessories, including cables and windscreens, back into the original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own trackable shipping method to the exterior of the box, clearly marking the RMA number on the package.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 5-7 business days.
